Having breakfast at the Nikis Resort means enjoying the most important meal of the day in complete relaxation amidst the beauty of the colours and scents of nature and the extensive view of the Umbrian countryside.
Our special buffet is enriched with gluten-free, organic and lactose-free products to satisfy all the needs of our guests. You will find a variety of choices ranging from sweet to savoury prepared by our Sous Chef Daniel Capoccetti and served by the sympathy and smile of the Ladies Laura, Paola and Ghizlane and the Chief Operating Officer Matteo Bolognini.

You can enjoy excellent drinks, cocktails, and sandwiches. A rich line of aperitifs will be available from 18:00 to 20:00, and in addition from 12:00 to 16:00 a special grill menu will be available in our Bistrot.
